Our summer camp is intentionally designed to be more than the average camp experience. At Camps by KT, we believe that meaningful exposure opens doors to new ideas and possibilities. From engaging guest experiences to thoughtfully designed activities, each camp day is carefully curated to feel special, inspiring, and enriching; while still being fun, energetic, and age-appropriate.

Camps by KT Summer Camp is hosted at our Missouri City location (9710 HWY 6, Missouri City, TX 77459).

Ages Served:

Campers: Entering Kindergarten through entering 6th grade
Junior Camp Counselors: Entering 7th through entering 10th grade

Camp Hours:

Regular Camp Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Early Drop-Off: 7:45 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Extended Day: 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Your child’s safety and experience are our top priority. All staff are background-checked, CPR & First Aid certified, also provided training in child development, youth leadership, and mandated reporting, along with youth safety and behavior support practices, and we maintain a low 8:1 camper-to-staff ratio to provide attentive, high-quality care.

Safety, Structure & Care

At Camps by KT, the safety and well-being of every child is our highest priority. We are proud to be entering our fifth year at our current location, where we have established consistent systems and trusted relationships that support a secure and structured environment.

Our camp operates in a designated upstairs area reserved exclusively for our program, allowing us to maintain clear boundaries and focused supervision throughout the day.

We implement multiple layers of safety, including:
- Assigned Groups & Active Supervision
  Campers are placed in designated groups with assigned counselors, ensuring consistent supervision and strong relationships throughout the day.
- Head Counts & Transition Procedures
  We conduct head counts during all transitions to ensure every child is present and accounted for at all times.
- Camper Identification
  Campers wear designated camp shirts, making them easily identifiable to both our team and building staff.
- Clear Boundaries & Structured Environment
  Camp activities take place within defined camp-only areas, with clear physical and staff-enforced boundaries.
- Collaborative Awareness
  In addition to our camp team, on-site building staff are familiar with our program and remain aware of our campers, providing an added layer of visibility and support.
Over 80% of our team participates in ongoing training in child development, youth leadership, and mandated reporting, along with youth safety and behavior support practices.
Many of our counselors also serve at Camp H-Town at the Four Seasons Houston Hotel—a camp for children impacted by cancer that requires an elevated level of training, care, and responsibility.
All staff members pass comprehensive background checks and complete required training prior to working with campers.
We maintain a maximum 8:1 ratio to ensure every child receives attentive supervision and personalized care
All counselors are certified in CPR, First Aid, and emergency response protocols
Structured systems are in place to ensure safe and verified camper drop-off and pick-up

Animal Science and Habitats Week 🐾/ June 1-5

Animal Science & Habitats invites campers to explore the world of animals and the environments they live in. Through hands-on activities and guided exploration, campers will learn about different types of animals; including farm animals, wildlife, and pets and how their habitats support their needs.

Champions of Tomorrow 🌟/ June 8-12

Get ready to lead, inspire, and make a difference during Champions of Tomorrow Week. This week focuses on kindness, service, leadership, and community, helping campers understand what it means to be a positive force in the world around them.
While capes and creativity are part of the fun, the heart of this week is learning how to show up for others, lead with compassion, and take responsibility as a community hero; designed to encourage confidence, empathy, and leadership in action.

Camp Cup Week / June 15-18

Camp Cup is an immersive, global-inspired week celebrating teamwork, culture, and the excitement of international sport. Campers will explore countries from around the world through themed activities, games, and creative challenges centered around teamwork, culture, and play.

Amazing Systems: How We Function! Week 🩺 / June 22-26

Amazing Systems invites campers to explore how different systems work together to keep us moving, thinking, and thriving. Each day, campers will focus on a new system; such as the heart, brain, lungs, and digestive system; through curiosity-driven activities and hands-on experiences.

Ocean Explorers Week 🌊 / June 29 -July 3

Campers will explore oceans, marine life, and underwater ecosystems through ocean-themed projects and team activities. This week includes creating edible coral reefs and participating in group expeditions focused on how ocean systems support life.

Urban Roots: Growing, Cooking & Creating Week🌱 / July 6-10

Urban Roots invites campers to explore where food comes from and how growing, cooking, and creativity connect to everyday life. Each day, campers will engage in hands-on experiences that highlight planting, harvesting, food preparation, culinary, and creative projects building an understanding of how these elements support healthy communities.

A local, food- or garden-focused visit (anticipated visit to Hope Farms).

Garden, food, chefs, and sustainability-focused visitors.

Blueprint for Greatness Week 📝/ July 13-17

Blueprint for Greatness is a leadership-focused week centered on confidence, preparation, and personal growth. Campers will strengthen their voice and presence through public speaking, empowerment activities, goal-focused projects, and meaningful conversations, all designed to help them grow into confident leaders.

Future Builder: Design • Build • Create/ July 27-31

Future Builder invites campers to explore how ideas become real through hands-on design, building, and problem-solving. Throughout the week, campers will engage in a mix of engineering, technology, and construction-based experiences.

Junior Detective Week 🔍 / August 3-7

Get ready to crack the case and uncover the truth during a week centered on mystery, investigation, and problem-solving. Campers will follow clues, examine evidence, and work together as detectives to solve an ongoing mystery that unfolds throughout the week.

Camp tuition begins at $299.50 per camp week. Our tuition reflects everything your child needs to participate fully in camp each day.

Family Enrollment Savings - Enjoy 10% off when enrolling two or more children from the same family.

Multi-Session Savings - Receive 10% off when registering for four or more camp weeks.

Enhance your child’s camp experience with added academic support, structure, and convenience—all in one seamless package designed for families who want more.

Includes:

- Reading & Math Boost Session (3 days per week, 9:15 AM – 10:00 AM)

- Early Drop-Off Access (7:45 AM drop-off)

- Extended Day Access (4:00 PM – 5:30 PM daily)

This option is ideal for families seeking both academic enrichment and flexible scheduling while maintaining a fun, engaging camp experience.

Reading & Math Boost Session - A structured, small-group tutoring enrichment session designed to strengthen academic skills in a fun and engaging way. Campers will select Reading or Math and participate in guided sessions in a separate, focused learning space. Campers will receive a take-home folder at the end of the week highlighting what they worked on and their progress. Designed to build confidence; not pressure.

- Held 3 days per week; 45-minute sessions (9:15 AM – 10:00 AM)

- Led by high-performing college mentors; Instruction is adjusted by age and skill level
