Junior Leadership Experience

Camps by KT hosted our first Junior Leadership Experience at the United Way of Greater Houston Fort Bend Center; a full-day leadership experience designed for our Junior Advisory Board and Junior Camp Counselors.

Middle school leaders engaged in goal-setting workshops, explored confidence development, and were introduced to the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework to help them think strategically about their futures. The day also featured a dynamic college panel discussion, giving students insight into preparation, positioning, and purpose beyond high school.

We are deeply grateful to Nordstrom for providing takeaways for our students, and to United Way of Greater Houston for providing the space.
